Love this place! The store is so cute and I was able to find exactly what I needed for my work social outing next week. I was a little insecure about my choice, but after speaking to Riley, she made me feel so confident and beautiful!

Oh my goodness! I'm in love.. their clothing is so comfortable! I got a pair of peek a boo leggings and a hoodie and they are amazing quality! The hoodie is extremely soft and so are the leggings they are a thick but not too thick stretchy material, I'll definitely be ordering more. Also Tian is amazing the owner of Cozy Boutique, I love how involved she is in her business and really cares about her customers and communicating. This is an amazing company with a owner who really stands behind her business. Tian her self even called me when I had a question, she really cares about us being happy and cozy.

Cozy Boutique is by far the best boutique in town! It’s the only place in town that I shop. Leslie, Keyna and all of the ladies in there are the most kind hearted and amazing women! No matter the occasion they always find me the perfect outfit!! Whether it’s an outfit, jewelry shoes or a gift it’s been my go to boutique for over 5 years.

While visiting from out of town, I stopped by this boutique not realizing I had come close to end of business hours (thanks to outdated info on Google) yet I never felt rushed. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and made me feel so welcome. The shop is beautifully curated with unique finds, and their kindness truly made my day. So glad I stumbled upon this gem and will definitely be back next time I’m in town.

Riley was extremely helping us assisting my wife with finding a wonderful dress for a last minute formal event. She selected multiple clothing items to try on and accessories to really pull them together and add a personalized touch. The environment that this establishment instills will always have a southern hospitality feel to it and I will always recommend my friends and family to come shop here. 11/10 amazing place!!

The Cozy Boutique is the one store my daughter and I look forward to visiting once a year on our family trip to Lake Norman. Keyna and Gracie are so helpful with finding just the right items that you will be excited to have in your wardrobe and will be honest about what looks good. They have wonderful brands and options and their pricing is more then fair. Thank you Cozy Boutique and we look forward to seeing you again next year! Support small and local- you will not be disappointed!

I had an amazing experience at Cozy Boutique! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm, personalized service that made me feel valued as a customer. The boutique’s inviting atmosphere is thoughtfully designed, everything from the layout to the signage makes browsing effortless and enjoyable. Their marketing strategy is spot-on: Brand Cohesion: The boutique’s branding is consistent across its store design, packaging, and digital presence. Their Instagram (@cozyboutique_) perfectly reflects the cozy-chic aesthetic of the store. Customer Engagement: Staff members go beyond selling—they build relationships by offering styling advice and making personalized recommendations. When I was shopping I told one of the girls what I was shopping for and she gave me multiple options that were perfect for the occasion. Community Involvement: Cozy Boutique actively supports local charities and hosts events like sip-and-shops, reinforcing their connection with the community. Pricing & Promotions: They offer first-time customer discounts and seasonal promotions, making high-quality fashion accessible. I highly recommend Cozy Boutique to anyone looking for stylish, comfortable fashion with a personal touch. I will definitely be back!
